Superintendent Cline recognizes a S-OCS employee at each school board meeting with a "You Made A Difference" award.
The first recipient of this award went to SES Head Custodian Michael Sparks. Mike is affectionately known as "Big Mike" to the students at SES. You can find him greeting students at the front door each morning and encouraging them in the hallways. Mike always goes above and beyond for Spencer Elementary and he is appreciated by the entire staff.
