Farm Fence Solutions, LLC is working on a project with the Owen Valley FFA Chapter and would love to provide a hands-on training experience that will leave a lasting impression and encourage students to consider a career as a professional agricultural fencing contractor.
This project will take place at the OVHS Boer Goat Farm on Flatwoods Road from May 8-12, 2023. We are fortunate to already have several sponsors for Spring Fling 2023, including: American Timber and Steel, Fence Workers Association, Stockade, Strainrite Fencing Systems, Stoney Ridge Farmer, and Protech Machinery USA.
We will be working with mostly timber posts, woven wire, and hot wire, but will have some board fence and a small section of pipe posts/braces to work through as well. It would be great to get as many contractors together for this as possible, since it is always a great opportunity for us to learn from each other and grow the community that we have all come to love.
