The 4-H Fishing Team has partnered with the local VFW to bring the moving Vietnam Veterans Wall back to Owen County.
Commander Ted Mangin mentioned that this is the 2nd time this 4-H Fishing Team has used their funds for this purpose. The local VFW has generously donated $1,000 to aid in this fundraising event.
