About Me

Hi Everyone!

I have had the privilege of teaching at Owen Valley Middle School for eight years. I was born and raised in Spencer, and I have always loved the SOCS Corporation.

I graduated from Indiana University in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in Secondary English Education. After teaching English for two years, I made the transition to teaching special education. I graduated from Ball State in 2018 with a degree in mild interventions. This is my second year teaching 7th and 8th Grade math.

I so enjoy watching students progress throughout the school year. To me, there is nothing like watching students understand new concepts. I look forward to helping my students do just that this year.
